Who are 'Thinkers50?'
Thinkers50 was the brainchild of two business writers and commentators and was the first ever global ranking of management thinkers based on the ethos:

What is the Thinkers 50 Summit?
The Thinkers50 Summit celebrates the very best in management thinking and provides a forum for their community to share the leading business and management ideas of our age.
This year’s theme was ‘Regenerative Businesses’. The Summit comprised a curated group of delegates and RIVA were very pleased to be invited and welcomed into the community. The theme of the summit was of particular interest to us at RIVA as we very much intend to organically grow the business as a ‘Regenerative Company’
The 'Regenerative' mindset we share
At RIVA we are expert in purposeful procurement and contract management and we are always keen to share our ideas and glean those from other experts on other fields, as we did on this occasion.
The vision of a future of ‘Regenerative businesses’ is one that we very much share, in that businesses need to think more broadly than revenue and profit, to truly benefit their clients, communities and the world.
This perfectly mirrors the approach we take to both the services we deliver to our clients and to RIVA as a business. This was a great opportunity to share examples our successful approach and it’s benefits with other, likeminded businesses and it was inspiring and empowering to hear the views of leading business thinkers on this topic, over the 2 day event.
It was an added highlight to meet and speak with Kate Vitasek, one of the founders of the Vested Movement – a company promoting a collaborative win win approach to procured business relationships that marries with the approach we take to the procurement projects we deliver to our schools.

At RIVA we don’t measure our success on revenue and profits alone. And we never will. All companies have the responsibility to deliver expert, responsible services to their clients but have the opportunity to deliver more, should they choose to. We choose to.
